Product Description
XCF II Self-Aspirating Flotation Machine for Lead Zinc Ore Processing Plant 4-24 m³

The XCF II self-aspirating flotation machine is built for lead zinc ore beneficiation. Covering 4 to 24 m³ cell volume, it draws slurry from the previous cell without an intermediate pump, keeping aeration stable and recovery high across roughing, scavenging and cleaning stages.

XCF II self-aspirating flotation machine for lead zinc ore in a mineral processing plant

Key Features
  • Self-aspirating design draws slurry from the previous cell automatically
  • Eliminates intermediate pumps and simplifies the flowsheet
  • Stable, uniform pulp circulation inside the tank
  • High recovery for lead zinc polymetallic ores
  • Durable wear-resistant rubber lined rotor and stator

All sizes are self-aspirating XCF II cells; larger sizes from 30 to 160 m³ are available on request.

Applications

Suitable for lead zinc ore and lead zinc polymetallic beneficiation plants, and ready to combine with other XCF II or KYF II cells to form a complete flotation circuit.

Working Principle

The impeller creates a low-pressure zone that draws slurry from the previous cell through the feed box, while air is self-aspirated along the shaft. The resulting pulp circulation keeps coarse lead zinc particles in suspension and produces a stable froth for high-efficiency separation.

FAQ

Q: How many cells do I need for a lead zinc circuit?
A: It depends on your throughput and residence time; we usually propose 4-8 XCF II cells per stage and size the bank after reviewing your flowsheet.

Q: Do you provide installation and commissioning?
A: Yes, remote guidance and on-site supervision are available.

Packaging & Delivery

Each flotation cell is fixed on a steel skid, wrapped in moisture barrier film and packed in a fumigated plywood case, sized for 20 and 40 ft containers bound for Africa, South America, CIS and Southeast Asia ports.
