A KYF-II-24 cell loses money every hour it sits idle for a wear-part change. Choosing a durable, correctly fitting rotor and stator set is how you stretch the interval between those stops. This polyurethane set is moulded to the original profile so performance comes back the moment it is fitted.
What a clean change-out looks like
Isolate and drain the cell, then lock out the drive.
Slacken the V-belts and remove the cover plate.
Undo the shaft nut and withdraw the worn rotor and stator.
Clean the tapers and faces, then fit the new matched set.
Torque the nut, re-tension belts and run a no-load check.
