Product Description
KYF-II-16 Polyurethane Rotor & Stator for Fine-Particle Flotation
The KYF-II-16 is a workhorse 16 m³ pneumatic cell, and its rotor and stator take the brunt of the wear. Our polyurethane replacement set is moulded to the original profile so airflow, suction and froth carry-over stay exactly as designed.
Why these parts wear early
Profile lossFine, sharp slurry slowly rounds the rotor blades and stator slots, weakening the air-pulp mix.
Noise and vibrationAn unbalanced, worn impeller shakes the shaft and stresses the bearing assembly.
Rising reagent costPoor dispersion means more collector and frother to reach the same recovery.
What our polyurethane rotor & stator changes
- Precision-moulded to the KYF-II-16 OEM profile — no on-site trimming.
- Polyurethane resists fine-particle abrasion, oils and flotation reagents.
- Lower running noise than steel or rubber, with less shaft vibration.
- Consistent air dispersion keeps recovery and grade stable between changes.

FAQ
Do I need to change rotor and stator together? Yes — a new rotor against a worn stator loses the clearance that makes the cell efficient, so we supply them as a matched set.
Is polyurethane right for my ore? It is the best value for fine, non-sharp feed. For coarse, high-impact slurry, ask us about our rubber-lined set.
Confirm your cell model and feed size, and we will quote the matching KYF-II-16 polyurethane rotor & stator.
