The production of disposable single-pack bath towels begins with feeding the raw material into the machine, followed by automatic vertical folding to shape the towel. The material is then precisely cut to the desired length before undergoing horizontal half folding to achieve the final folded format.

After folding, the towels are automatically queued and conveyed for further processing. The products are first packaged individually through pillow packing, ensuring a clean and compact presentation. Finally, the individual packs are grouped together using bundle packing for efficient storage and distribution.

The disposable bath towels produced by this machine are made from a variety of materials including PP nonwoven, SMMS, spunlace, and plastic, meeting diverse application needs. The raw material width ranges from 250 to 800 mm, with a maximum roll diameter of 1000 mm and a 3-inch paper core for winding.

In the open state, the towel dimensions can be adjusted within a width of 250–800 mm and a length of 300–600 mm. After automated folding and cutting, the final folded size is approximately 100–250 mm in width and 150–300 mm in length, with a maximum folded height around 7 cm, making it convenient for packaging and storage.
