The production line covers an area of approximately 100 square meters. The factory power supply must be no less than 50 kilowatts, and an 8 cubic meter air compressor is required.
The line can accommodate base paper rolls with a maximum diameter of 1500 mm.
The folding rollers and other components lead the web into the folding section. The semi-finished paper strips are folded by the automatic folding mechanism, including the folding tail and related processes. The folded semi-finished strips are then transferred via the conveying system to the post-processing section for pre-pressing and shaping. Finally, the processed strips are automatically fed into the large rotary paper cutter for cutting.
