- Protein Beverages: Stabilizes protein, oils and fats while preventing delamination and sedimentation. Recommended dosage: 0.5-1%

- Chewing Gum: Softens gum base, facilitates mixing, and improves texture. Recommended dosage: 0.3-1% of gum base
