8. Operation Illustration:

① Put the machine on stable floor without violent vibration.

② Cut the sample first: length of 140~155mm, width of 25mm,height of 6.3±0.15mm.

③ Clamp the sample after preparing the sample adjuster.

④ Connect to power(AC220V ,3A), open the switch and the indicator would light.

⑤ Set the bending times by the counter.

⑥ Press the testing button and begin to test.

⑦ The tester would stop automatically when reaching the set testing times.(Press stop button to stop the test when the sample is not prepared or some other problems)
