1. Main introduction

● C&Z quick interchangeable machine adopts a special structure:
● Quick C to Z interchange: the rollers for C & Z are changed very quickly without dismantle any parts, the forming tooling is simply to loosen (two bolts), rotated through 180 degree, and re-tightened, no tooling or spacers are removed or changed. Quick, easy and simple.
● Size change: the form tooling is loosen, slid into the correct position by PLC control, no special tools, no spacer changed. Infinite sizes are possible.
● Only input data in touch screen can adjust any size automatically, by motor driving stations moving accurately on linear guardrail with help of encoder and limit switch.  

2. Main machine

● Purlin specifications:

    - for C purlin: width 80-300mm, height 40-80mm, small rib 14-25mm 

    - for Z purlin: width 80-300mm, height 40-80mm, small rib 14-25mm

● Coil thickness: 1.2-3.2mm, Q195-345, hot-zinc coils & CR, HR

● Working speed: 20-22m/min (exclude punching and cutting time)

● Forming roller: 17 stations
