BWD-01 is a high-efficiency decolorant and flocculant specifically designed for industrial wastewater treatment. This colorless to yellowish liquid effectively removes color, reduces COD levels, and clarifies wastewater from textile, dye, ink, and paper manufacturing processes.

1. Prepare effluent sample and adjust pH to 8-10
2. Dilute BWD-01 with 40-50 times water to create 2-2.5% solution
3. Prepare PAC solution with 2-5% Al2O3 content
4. Add PAC solution and mix completely for 1-3 minutes
5. Add BWD-01 solution and mix completely for 5-10 minutes
6. Add small amount of anionic polyelectrolyte solution (optional)
7. Allow sedimentation
8. Check treated effluent color and dosage effectiveness

Available in 30kg plastic drums, 250kg plastic drums, and 1250kg IBC drums. Store at room temperature, avoid direct sunlight. May show slight stratification or appear white at low temperatures.
