Application Guidelines
Standard Procedure
- Prepare 2.5% Dicyandiamide Resin solution by diluting with 40 times water
- Adjust effluent pH to 7-9 (critical for optimal performance)
- Add PAC solution and mix for 1-3 minutes
- Add BWD-01 solution and mix for 5-10 minutes
- Optionally add anionic polyelectrolyte for enhanced flocculation
- Allow sedimentation and check treated effluent color
