- Paper Industry: Used as fixing agent, residency agent, filtration aid and paper dry/wet strength reinforcing agent
- Water Treatment: Flocculation sedimentation for industrial wastewater, drinking water purification, and raw water treatment
- Coal Mining: Coal washing tailing centrifugal separation and coal powder filtration
- Textile Processing: Sizing composition improving adhesive properties and desizing performance
- Oil Field Operations: Profile controlling, water-plugging agent, and drilling mud additives
- Metallurgical Processing: Floatation and smelting operations for zinc, manganese, and copper mines
- High molecular weight cationic polymer in liquid form for direct application
- Economical and effective at low dosage levels (1-3.0 ppm)
- Non-corrosive at recommended concentrations
- Faster sedimentation and superior flocculation performance
- Environmentally safe - contains no aluminum, chlorine, or heavy metal ions
- Reduces sludge volume in dewatering processes
The product functions through dual mechanisms: Flocculation involving adsorption, polymer chain entanglement, and electric neutralization; and Reinforcement through bridging bonds, ion bonds, and covalent bonds that increase combination strength.
Dosage Range: 1-3.0 ppm depending on effluent type and application requirements. Jar testing is recommended to determine optimal dosage for specific conditions.
Available in 25kg plastic drums or 1000kg IBC drums. Store in original packaging in cool, dry locations away from heat sources, flames, and direct sunlight.
