BWP-01 Fixing Agent is a high-performance cationic polymer specifically formulated for paper machine wet-end chemistry control and drainage & retention programs. This anionic trash catcher effectively prevents anionic impurities, improves chemical efficiency, and reduces pollution in paper and pulp production processes.

• Improves retention of fine fibers and chemicals in wet-end processes
• Increases paper retention and water filtration speed
• Enhances paper machine runnability and extends wire part and blanket life
• Improves paper-making system cleanness and reduces wastewater load

Added undiluted to the short circulation of the paper machine. Normal dosage is 100-300g/t depending on circumstances. When added to the broke system, apply to the pulper or just before the pulper in case of post-dispersion. Normal dosage for broke is 500-1000g/t.

• Soluble in water, safe, non-toxic, hydrolytic stability, non-flammable and non-explosive
• Handle with care using proper protective equipment to prevent skin and eye contact
• In case of contact, immediately wash with plenty of water; flush eyes for at least 15 minutes
