Application Procedure
- Prepare effluent sample and adjust pH to 8-10 for optimal performance
- Prepare 2-2.5% concentration of color removal chemical solution
- Prepare PAC solution with 2-5% Al₂O₃ content
- Prepare 0.1% concentration of anionic polymer solution
- Add PAC solution and mix completely for 1-3 minutes
- Add color removal chemical solution and mix completely for 5-10 minutes
- Add 1-2ppm anionic polymer and mix slowly to form large flocs
- Allow settling and check color of treated effluent
- Adjust BWD-01 and PAC dosages for optimal results
Packaging & Storage
- Available in 30kg, 50kg, 250kg plastic drums and 1250kg IBC drums
- Store at room temperature, avoid direct sunlight
- May show slight stratification or appear white at low temperatures
