K3502 M1591 Goyen Type Buna Diaphragm Kit
K3502 M1591 Buna Diaphragm Kits are composed of one buna seat buna diaphragm and one stainless steel spring. The K3502 M1591 Buna Diaphragm Kits are used in Goyen diaphragm pulse valves CA35T, RCA35T, CA40DD, RCA40DD, CA40MM, RCA40MM. K3502 diaphragm material is Nitrile (NBR), not suitable for strong solvents and chemical fluids, oil resistant. We use high quality material, the collection equipment efficiency can be improved, the energy loss also can be reduced.

Brief introduction of diaphragms in pulse jet valves:
The diaphragm is the key component in diaphragm pulse jet valves. It is one of the fittings for the normal operation of the valve body and the "switch" of the injection air circuit of the dust cleaning system of the pulse bag filter. It can easily ensure complete synchronization with other control components to control the injection of pulsed compressed air. So the tightness and softness of the diaphragm play a decisive role in the blowing effect of the pulse valve.
Working Principle: When different pressure (or force) acts on both sides of the diaphragm of the pulse valve, the diaphragm moves to the lower side of the pressure, resulting in the displacement of the center of the diaphragm.
Applications: The pulse diaphragm valves are especially designed for dust collector service applications, combining high flow, long life and extremely fast opening and closing to produce reliable and economical operation.
