1. Overview of the 12-Layer Rigid PCB

This 12-layer rigid PCB is built for high-reliability applications that require thermal stability, impedance control, and multilayer processing compatibility. Utilizing Isola’s 370HR base material, the PCB offers a high glass transition temperature (Tg) of 180°C, superior thermal decomposition (Td) at 340°C, and CAF resistance, making it ideal for demanding electronics environments.

 

 

The board features blind vias, controlled impedance, and ENIG surface finish with 0.1µm of gold, ensuring excellent solderability and corrosion resistance. The green solder mask and white silkscreen provide a professional finish, while ensuring clear component placement.
