Our 2-layer PCB uses Rogers RO3006, a ceramic-filled PTFE composite, as the base material. Known for its stable dielectric constant and low dissipation factor, RO3006 ensures reliable performance for microwave and RF applications. This PCB has been precision-engineered with 1oz copper weight on both sides, a 0.3mm finished thickness, and an immersion gold surface finish. It is manufactured to IPC-Class-2 standards, guaranteeing consistent reliability and quality.

The absence of solder masks and bottom silkscreen, combined with the white top silkscreen, ensures that the focus remains on maintaining high-frequency signal integrity. Every PCB undergoes 100% electrical testing to ensure it meets the highest standards.

CTE (Coefficient of Thermal Expansion):

• X-axis: 17 ppm/°C, Y-axis: 17 ppm/°C, Z-axis: 24 ppm/°C, making it dimensionally stable across temperature variations.
