1.1 General description

This is a type of metal core PCB built on aluminium substrate with Tg 130°C for the

application of power led lighting. It's 2.0 mm thick with black silkscreen on white solder

mask and HASL are on pads. The base material is used from totking, entire board

supplying 3 PCBs per panel with 3 designs. They're fabricated per IPC 6012 Class

2 using supplied Gerber data. Each 20 panels are packed for shipment.
