1.1 General description

This is a type of single sided metal core PCB built on aluminum base with 1W/MK dielectric

for the application of power LED lighting. It's 2.0 mm thick, black silkscreen over white solder

mask and HASL on pads. The base material is used from ILM brand, entire board supplying

3 types different PCBs per panel. Each connected by v-cut line. They're fabricated per IPC

6012 Class 2 using supplied Gerber data. Each 20 panels are packed for shipment.
