Brief Introduction
This type of immersion silver RF PCB is made on one of Taconic’s ORCER family material: RF-45. The circuit board is dual layers with finished 1oz copper. Solder mask and silkscreen overlay are on top layer only. The bottom layer is fully exposed covered with immersion silver as the shield function. It’s 0.8mm thick and 50 boards are vacuum packed for shipment.
