We packed it with robust Rogers RO4003C hydrocarbon ceramic cores top and bottom. Inside, we laid down some stellar FR-4 core material to handle heat like a champ. The whole setup is locked and loaded at 1.10mm thick.

With 1 oz copper on all 6 layers, you've got space to route your wildest 5/4 mil trace patterns and drop 0.20mm microvias wherever you need. No limits here! We finished it off with immersion gold plating so solder just slides on smooth as butter.

The first block rocks out at 76mm x 54mm, wired up with 185 vias distributing 8 nets over 112 components. That's 186 connection points! We used cutting-edge Gerber files to nail the precision. This board is built to totally crush it.
