Introducing Our Cutting-Edge 2-Layer PCB - Innovation in a Tiny Package

Get amped, techies! We've just released our newest small but mighty printed circuit board built for speed. This rad 2-layer PCB packs a punch, delivering wicked RF and microwave performance in a crazy compact design.

It's all thanks to the fully tricked out Taconic RF-35 substrate, engineered to the max with a dielectric constant of 3.5. This lets the board wail at up to 6 GHz - perfect for the sickest wireless and aerospace apps requiring tight impedance control.

We went to town with 1 oz copper layers and a 10 mil dielectric that allows for fully gnarly 5/4 mil trace spacing. Etched in the PCB are 16 fully plated vias and 21 pads ready for components. The 0.25mm holes help this board get fully connected.

Since we geek out on quality, the PCB is built to last with lead-free fab and can hang through -40°C to +85°C temps. The immersion silver finish looks slick while the complete electrical testing keeps this board cranking. IPC Class 2 manufacturing means highest standards were upheld.

This rad board has no confusing silkscreen so assembling is a breeze. The Gerber RS-274X files make the artwork clear as crystal.
