Introducing our exceptional PCB, engineered to deliver unparalleled performance and reliability. Crafted with Rogers RT/duroid 5870 glass microfiber reinforced PTFE composites, this PCB surpasses industry standards with its remarkable features and benefits.

 

Features:

  • PCB Material: The PCB is constructed using Rogers RT/duroid 5870, a glass microfiber reinforced PTFE composite known for its exceptional properties.
  • Stackup: It is a 2-layer rigid PCB with a copper layer on both sides, enclosing the Rogers Core RT/duroid 5870.
  • Construction Details: The board dimensions are 45mm x 51mm with a tight tolerance of +/- 0.15mm. It has a finished board thickness of 0.9mm and a finished Cu weight of 1oz (1.4 mils) outer layers. The minimum trace/space is 6/5 mils, and the minimum hole size is 0.35mm.
  • High Performance: The PCB offers low electrical loss, uniform electrical properties over a wide frequency range, and high moisture resistance.

Specific Points:

  • Material Properties: Rogers RT/duroid 5870 provides a Prcoess DK of 2.33 +/- 0.02 at 10 GHz/23°C and a dissipation factor of 0.0012 at 10 GHz/23°C. It also exhibits high thermal resistance (Td> 500°C) and isotropic properties.
  • Manufacturing Details: The PCB undergoes a 100% electrical test prior to shipment. It has a 95mil track on the top layer with a 50-ohm impedance control.

  • Low Electrical Loss: The PCB offers the lowest electrical loss among reinforced PTFE materials, ensuring excellent signal integrity and transmission efficiency.
