On the inside, we're packing robust 0.565mm FR-4 cores to add some muscle. But don't worry, we've got a soft side too with 0.075mm polyimide layers ready to flex and bend with your needs. At 1.6mm thick in the rigid zone and 0.243mm flexible, this board has got range.

With tight 4/5 mil traces and 0.35mm microvias, you've got the freedom to route and interconnect with precision. And our immersion gold finish means guaranteed reliability with every flex.

Our first panel measures 63.3mm x 72.92mm loaded with components and nets wired up for action. This board is suited up for your toughest missions!

We adhere to IPC Class 2 standards so every bend and twist performs perfectly. Go beyond limits with this rigid-flex PCB built for versatility. Our engineering heroes can customize it for any application!

The design incorporates 54 components connected through 88 total pads comprising 70 through-hole and 18 SMT pads. Internal routing employed 68 vias across 12 nets meeting 50 ohm impedance requirements.

Gerber data conforming to IPC-2581 standards was received and production adhered to IPC Class 2 workmanship levels. Electrical testing procedures validated 100% functionality prior to shipment.
