The full-automated VFFS small bag filling machine is designed to realize the fully automatic operation of metering, material feeding, bag making, sealing-off as well as coding.
Range of application: high-speed metering and packaging of particle/powder/mixed materials in daily chemical, agrochemical, food and chemical industries (e.g. fertilizer, flour, flower fertilizer, solid medicine powder, washing powder, addictives and seasoning powder).

This machine is suitable for automatic packaging of liquid of foods, medicine and chemicals,such as pesticide,shampoo,body foam bath lotion, facial cream, ingredient oil, fruit sauce,tomato ketchup and honeyshower gel, skin lotion, toothpaste, cosmetic cream, fruit jam, edible oil, soy etc
Features of our fully automatic pouch packing machine:
A. The part of the main weigher which contacts with the material is made of SUS304 stainless steel, while the other parts are made of powder coated carbon steel;
B. Unit structure: metering mechanism + bag making mechanism + sealing and cutting mechanism;
C. Technological process: automatic bag making→automatic weighing→automatic filling-in→automatic sealing-off→automatic coding→finished product conveying.
