Tubular Knit Fabric Compactor, compacting unit heated by oil or electricity

1. Applications:

The machine is used for compacting 100% cotton fabrics,and TC fabrics. After workked by the machine,you could get good hand feeling,low washing shrinkage(3%-5%) and eliminating the fabrics wrinkles and crease mark.

This machine is mainly composed of the following mechanisms,Overfeeding mechanism,Magnetic suspension strectcher plate, steaming device,Teflon plate used for guiding fabrics,Compacting mechansim,precise folding mechanism and electrical control mechanism.

2.  Process:

Fabric overfeeing → Steaming →  Shrinkage unit → Fabric folder

3. Machine features:

    1) No prop plate, no pressure marks, fabrics drop smoothly.

    2) This machine has two drying cylinders used for compacting, which can be heated by thermal oil or electricity. 

    3) The surface temperature of the cylinder could be adjusted.

    4) The compacting mechanism adopts one set pnematic adjust device to correct the felt snake shape movement path. ​
