R30003 Cold Drawn Wire ASTM F1058-08 for Surgical Implant Applications
The alloy compostion covered by ASTM F1058-08 has be employed successfully in human implant applications in contact with soft tissue and bone for over a decade. So far there is no surgical implant material has ever been shown to be completely free of adverse reactions in the human body. But long-term clinical experience of the use of UNS R30003 and UNS R30008 has shown that an acceptable level of biological response can be expected, if the material is used in appropriate applications.

0.02mm~3.5mm
Thickness range of cold rolled strip:
0.05-2.50mm
Packing:
Cold drawn wire will be packed in coil or in reel/spool.
Light guage cold rolled strip will be packing in coil
Heavy gauge strip will be shipped as cut length in flat.
