IN939 Electrode Melted Round Bar For PREP EIGA 3D Printing Powder Production

A-ONE ALLOY IN939 round bar for PREP and EIGA 3D Printing Powder Production is produced by vacuum horizontal continuous casting. The whole process of melting and continuous casting are both under vacuum environment. This process could replace VIM+VAR process.

Casting bars extruded from the bottom of furnace and far from the top area where inclusions collected.

•  Fast cooled in water cooling process and no shrinkage cavity
•  High straightness, no need for straightening
