7.93g/Cm3 Precipitation Hardening Stainless Steel Corrosion Resistance For -253°C - 650°C
GH2132 Stainless Steel for Application ranges from -253°C to 650°C
GH2132 is a Fe-Ni-Cr based precipitation-hardened superalloy, working temperature range -253°C~650°C.
The alloy has good low/high temperature strength and long time stability, good corrosion resistance and thermal deformation properties, good machining ductility and satisfactory welding performance.
GH2132 is suitable for manufacturing high temperature bearing components such as turbine disc, compressor disc and fastener of aero, aerospace, ground gas turbine and flue gas turbine engines. Main products include disc, forging, plate, rod, wire and ring parts.
This alloy is used in the manufacture of fasteners for aerospace and aerospace engines. It has been used in the manufacture of large diameter turbine discs and various kinds of fasteners for ground gas turbine and flue gas turbine. Similar alloy a-286 has been widely used in the manufacture of high temperature bearing parts such as compressor, turbine, bearing ring, brake, shaft and plate welding bearing parts for aviation engines abroad.
