3J58 is mainly used for elastic sensitive parts under tension, bending and compressive stress and frequency sensitive parts under longitudinal or bending vibration modes, such as various sensitive parts and pressure sensors requiring constant elastic modulus or frequency, signal torque and flexible head of flexible house snail, etc. 3J58 can also be used for diaphragm, diaphragm box, etc. Bellows, vibratory cylinder, precision spring, filament super mechanical filter and so on.
Heat treatment
Cold rolled strip
500~600°C, 2~4h, cooling in furnace
Wire&bar
600~650°C, 2~4h, cooling in furnace
In order to get a bright surface, it is recommended to do the heat treatment in a protective atmosphere.
