3J21(Co40CrNIMo)Superelastic Alloy for elastic components

XUNSHI supplies 3J21 alloy for elastic components. 

3J21 is a Co-Cr-Ni-Mo high-elastic alloy, which belongs to a deformation reinforced cobalt-based alloy, with good plastic properties and easy to process in the solid solution state. After high strain rate cold processing and time limit treatment, 3J21 can obtain high mechanical and elastic properties,but after the solid solution treatment, the alloy can no longer be strengthened by time limit treatment.

The 3J21 alloy strip we supplied has now been successfully exported to a pan-plug sealing manufacturer in Italy, replacing the elastic materials previously produced in France.

Successful project: Spring energized seal-Italian customer

The customer used Phynox strip from France in the past. After 6 months' strict test in the lab, our 3J21 strip is commented as excellent in performance.
