1J22 Soft Magnetic Alloys with High Saturation Magnetic Induction

1J22 alloy is one of the highest saturation magnetic induction intensity (2.4T) in all soft magnetic alloys, the curie point is up to 980℃, Saturatated magnetostrictIive coefficient is 60～100PPM.

Due to the high Curie point, the alloy is allowed to operate at higher temperatures where other soft magnetic materials have been completely demmagnetized and maintain good magnetic stability, Due to the large magnetostrictive coefficient, it is suitable for making magnetostrictive transducers, with high output energy and high working efficiency.

1J22 is an equal grade of HiperCo50(UNS R30005) FeCoV high magnetic saturation alloy in China. XUNSHI supplys 1J22 in forms of hot rolled strip/plate, cold rolled strip, hot rolled round bar, hot forged bar, cold drawn wire and parts machined and heat treated per customer requirements.
