Introduction of Wodon Wear Plate

Supported by patent technique, Wodon open arc welding clad wear plates are manufactured by our self-developed and self designed Automatic four guns welding machine. It is equipped with four welding guns that can work simultaneously to improve the production efficiency, avoid poor flatness and prevent overlay spallation, compared with single gun welding machines.

Characteristics:

• Flat and smooth surface;  

• Uniform overlay thickness;

• Stable hardness:   HRC 58-65;

• Outstanding wear resistant performance & can withstand continuous moderate impact;

Base metal:

The standard steel substrate is compliant with Grade Q235 steel or an equivalent  in thickness ranges from 6-25mm. Other grades can be supplied upon request.
