822MM Overhead Power Line Conductor Stringing Blocks are used for transmisson line conductor or OPGW stringing. The conductor sheave is made in MC Nylon, it can be lined with neoprene, The central sheave can be made in steel.

822MM Nylon Sheaves Conductor Stringing Blocks

Application: It is suitable to string single, two, four, SIX AND EIGHT stranded aluminum and ACSR conductors on tangent structures. Compression sleeves, swivel connectors, and pulling rope connectors can pass through the groove. The sheave is made in high strength nylon. All the sheaves are mounted on ball bearings, the central sheave is specially strengthened for passing of steel wire rope. The frame is made in galvanized steel.
