IEC 62196-1 PLC Electric Vehicle IP5X and IP6X Sand Dust Testing Equipment

1. Introduction:

The sand dust testing equipment is applied to test the physical and other related properties of electronic and electrical products, electric vehicle, lamps, electrical cabinets, electrical components, automobiles, motorcycles and theire parts under simulated dust climate conditions. The machine is strictly designed according to the requirements of IEC60529 clause 13.4, 13.5 and figure 3 <Degrees of protection provided by enclosures (IP code)>, and it's required by the requirements of IEC62196-1 clause 20.2.

The sand dust testing machine adopts a box structure and no venue restrictions. It's controlled by PLC system + 7 inches touch screen. The machine is easy for operation, can set the cycle number, test time, dust time, dust stop time, heating time, vibration time etc directly on touch screen. The bottoms of the machines is equipped with 4 wheels so that can easily move the machine.

2). The shell of the equipment adopts high quality steel, sprayed with stoving varnish.

3). The working chamber and sample rack are made of stainless steel

4). Transparent observation window made of toughened glass material, working chamber equipped with LED lighting

5). There is a dust-replaceable device at the bottom of the device, which can easily replace 100% of the used dust

6). 2KG talcum powder and a metal square-meshed sieve (nominal wire diameter 50μm and nominal width of a gap between wires 75μm) will be shipped together with the chamber, the talcum powder can be used for 20 time
