1.2/50us Impulse Voltage Generator for Impulse Dielectric Withstand Test for EVCS

1. Introduction

The impulse voltage generator has a no-load wave shape corresponding to the 1.2/50ms standard impulse specified in IEC 61180 clause 7.1.2.1. The output impedance of the impluse generator is 500Ω and 2Ω, and test voltage can up to 15KV. It can meet the test requirements of IEC60664-1 clause 6.2.2.1 and IEC61851-1 clause 12.7.2. The EV supply equipment should perform the impulse dielectric withstand test, the impulse voltage shall be applied to live parts and exposed conductive parts.

1). Can we customize the test voltage range?

3). Does this test can come out a test result? 

Pego: No. Impulse dielectric withstand test is a kind of destructive test, according to different product testing requirements, user should use other testing equipment to detect if the specimen is qualified after complete the test. 

4). What is the warranty period? 

Pego: normally, the warratny period is 12 months upon you receipt of the goods. And user can get the lifelong maintenance service.
