φ40mm Cylindrical rod is designed to meet the requirement of IEC 60335-2-14 clause 20.103. The cylindrical rod has a diameter of 40mm and a hemispherical end to verify if the actuating member of the switch of hand-held blenders is inoperable. A force not exceeding 5N is applied to the test.

1). How to store and maintain the test probes in daily life?

Pego: The probes will come with a protective case, When not in use, place it in the case.

2). How do you prove that the probes meet the relative standards?

Pego: User can ask for the calibration certificate issued by ISO17025 authorized lab, but the price of the calibation certificate will be charged additionally.

3). How can we get the goods? 

Pego: We will ship the probe by DHL and Fedex. It is a door to door service, normally, it will spend 5-7 working days to reach at the customers' hand after delivery out.
