1. Introduction
Contact independence test pin is designed according to AS/NZS3112 figure 3.10 and clause 3.14.8.1, for checking the withdrawal force of each socket contact. The withdrawal force shall be not less than 1.5N for ratings up to and including 10A, 2N for ratings above 10A up to and including 15A, and 3N for rating above 15A.
