Introduction
The static wind-force test apparatus is designed to meet the test requirements of IEC60598-2-3:2011 clause 3.6.3.1 & figure 1 and IEC60598-2-5 clause 5.6.5. This equipment simulates outdoor conditions for streetlights or floodlights installed at heights by applying static loads, torque, or weight to evaluate the load-bearing capacity and stability of lighting fixtures under specified wind forces and installation heights.
