IEC60350-2 Standardized Cookwares for Evaluating the Energy Consumption of Electrical Hobs
Introduction
The standardized cookware is designed according to IEC60350-2 and EN60350-2 standards for evaluating the energy consumption of electrical hobs intended for household use. The side wall of the vessel is made of 1.4301 stainless steel (AISI 304) with thickness 1mm±0.05mm, while the bottom is made of 1.4016 stainless steel (AISI430) with thickness 6mm±0.05mm.
The cookware is cylindrical without handles or protrusions. The lid is made of aluminum with a thickness of 2mm±0.05mm. Each hole circle on the lid has a diameter of 16mm±0.1mm, with holes evenly distributed. The flat lid can accommodate a temperature sensor in the center.
