Standard Pan with Lid for Testing Energy Efficiency and Energy Efficiency Grade of Induction Cookers Compliant to GB21456
Introduction
The standard pan with lid is designed according to GB21456 Annex A for testing the energy efficiency and energy efficiency grade of household induction cookers. The pan and lid are constructed from Q235 steel with a maximum carbon content of 0.08%.
The surface of both pan and lid is smooth and polished to prevent rust. The lid thickness is 1mm, and the pan bottom cannot convex outward, with maximum concavity limited to 0.6% of the effective diameter.
