Introduction
The indentation device is designed according to IEC60811-508:2012 figure 1 and ISO19742-2 figure 10. The device consists of a blade, supporting mandrel, and loads. It is used to test the indentation produced by the insulation sheath of plugs or cables under high temperature and pressure, and should be used in conjunction with an oven.
