1. Introduction
Meet the requirements of IEC60884-1 and VDE0620. it is suitable for aging test of rocker switch, snap switch, key switch, plug, socket-outlet and coupler of household appliance and similar appliance. Its aim at checking the switch whether is able to withstand the mechanical damage and electrical fatigue damage in normal use, and if there are adhesion phenomena or prolonged closed or disconnected phenomena occur, inspect whether there are excessive wear and other harmful consequences with it. It is a special equipment for switch mechanical life machine and electrical life endurance tester.
The test machine adopts PLC touch screen and PLC control system, built in pneumatic drive, due to the powerful programmable functions, can do the test of button switches, toggle switches, rocker switches, push and pull switches and relevant linear switches and plug and socket life test. Equipped with power load (resistive, inductive, capacitive), it can do live test.
