IEC62262 Single Operated 0.14J / IK01 Spring Hammer Impact Test Apparatus
1. Introduction
This spring hammer can meet the requirement of IEC60068-2-75 and IEC62262, the impact energy is 0.14J and IK test level is IK01. It is consists of three principal parts: the body, the striking element and the release system. The striking element comprises the hammer head, the hammer shaft and the cocking knob. The hammer head is made of polyamide, the body is made of stainless steel. The mass of this assembly is 250g and the force to release the striking element shall not exceed 10N. It can pass the calibration from third-party lab authorized by ISO17025.
