Description of Process:The aseptic filling machine is connected with the Sterilizer directly; it will fill the products into aseptic bags after sterilizing. Actually, the aseptic filling system consists of the sterilizer and the aseptic filler. The product will be sterilized and cooled to the ambient temperature, then be conveyed to the aseptic filler by the connecting tubes. 
 
The product will never be exposed in the air during the process and will be filled into the aseptic bags in the filling chamber of the filler that is protected by the steam. So, the whole process will be made in a closed and safety aseptic system.
