The main component of the device is a spiral. The diameter of the spiral gradually increases along the direction of the slag outlet and the pitch gradually decreases. When the material is propelled by the spiral,the volume of the spiral cavity is reduced to form a squeeze of the material and juice.The direction of rotation of the spiral main shaft is from the feed hopper to the slag groove direction, which is clockwise.The raw material is added to the feed hopper and pressed under the advancement of the spiral.The pressed juice flows through the filter into the bottom of the juicer, and the slag passes through the annular gap formed between the spiral and the tapered portion of the pressure regulating head. Discharge, the movement of the pressure regulating head in the axial direction can adjust the size of the gap. When turning the handwheel bearing seat clockwise by hand (from the slag sump of the equipment to the hopper end), the pressure regulating head is turned to the left, and the gap is reduced. Otherwise, the gap becomes larger. By changing the size of the pores, that is, adjusting the resistance of the slag, the juice rate can be changed.However, if the pores are too small, under strong extrusion, some of the slag particles will be extruded through the filter together with the juice.Although the juice yield increases, the quality of the juice decreases relatively. Therefore, the size of the pores should be determined according to the specific process requirements of the user.
