Working Principle:
1. The motor is driven by a V-belt to make the scraper mounted on the shaft rotate at high speed. When the crushed fruit or raw fruit enters the machine through the feed port, the baffle plate will evenly discharge the material to the scraper and the screen. In between, due to the rotation of the scraper and the existence of the lead angle, the material moves along the cylinder to the outlet end. The moving track is spiral, and the material is subjected to centrifugal force during the movement between the scraper and the screen. The juice and meat (have become pulpy) pass through the screen holes and enter the next process (the double-pass beater repeats the above process for linkage), and the skin and seed cores are discharged from the slag hopper.
