The recommended new type belt press is an improved equipment based on the customer’s working practice. It integrates the advantages of the overseas belt presses. It is the most cost-effective equipment.
Working principle:
The pulp to be pressed(solid and liquid mixture) is conveyed continually to the area in between the lower filter belt and the upper filter belt. The pulp is moved to the wedged area and much juice is squeezed out . When it comes to the squeezing area, the juice will be further squeezed by the belt tension and L shape pressing bar. The squeezing effect are ensured by the increase of the surface pressure and shearing force.
