WORKING PRINCIPLE

MDJ model pulping machine:Through belts’drive, the motor make the rotor parts rotate on high-speed which installed at the spline. After fruit through feeder into the machine, the feeder blades deliver the material to pulping staff, at the function of pulping stuff, the material was pounded and get peeling. As the centrifugal force, the juice move to the next procedure through the sieve(The sieve mesh is subject to the size of the nuclear);the fiber expel from slag bucket by slag blades to achieve the process of separation and extracting.

APPLICATION

Used for destoning, pulping and separation of stone fruits (mango, peach, apricot, jujube), berries(kiwi, strawberry) and after pre-cooking softening kernel fruits (apple, pear, pumpkin) and other fruits.
