PPS screen mainly consists of perforated base pipe, stainless steel filtration jacket with punched slots and rings. It can be sued for casing completion and liner completion of vertical wells, inclined wells and horizontal wells etc. and it can be used for various oil wells, gas wells and water wells. It can be used as sand control colonnade individually and it can be used in gravel packing.

Features:

1. Accurately controlled width: The width of the precision punched slot screen is accurately controlled within 0.20mm~1.0mm and the degree of accuracy is ±0.05mm, which can better match the sand sizes of different formations and satisfy the requirements of down hole sand control.

2. Excellent anti-corrosion ability: Precision Punched Screen jacket is made of high quality stainless steel, with better resistance of acid, alkali and salt corrosion, can meet the special requirements of the wells containing H2S, CO2, and high CL. The slot will not get wider after long time service.

3. Excellent body strength and anti-deformation ability: The filtration jacket is supported by the base pipe, and the strength of the perforated base pipe is only 2~3% reduced compared with the API casing or tubing, which ensures the excellent body strength and anti-deformation ability of the precision punched screen. Even if there is partial deformation, the slot width will not get wider because of its high reliability.

4. High density slot, low flow resistance: The flow resistance is lower because the hole area of the Precision Punched screen is 2~3 times of the normal slotted screen, thus increasing the oil and gas output.
