Introduction:
Mechanical external cutter is a kind of cutting tool to cut drill rod,casing and tubing of different specifications outside the pipe wall.
Often connected to the washover pipe, Model “WD-J” Mechanical External Cutter can cut off and recover the pipe quickly and effectively, and is suitable for externally cutting drill pipe, casing, tubing and the like. It is spring fed automatically so that it can avoid the cutter breakdown which may be resulted from the larger pulling force.
Structure:
Wd-j mechanical external cutter is mainly composed of upper joint, barrel, clamping sleeve, upper thrust ring, lower thrust ring, spring, feed ring, shear pin, slide ring, cutter head, guide shoe and so on.
